Musobooker is an online directory of the very best musicians in Ireland.

Members create a music profile for their act which can be searched and viewed by gig bookers and event planners.

Event enquiries are sent directly to the members email. From here you can chat directly to the client and secure a deal without any added booking fees.

Members can post gigs and showcase events. There is also a Muso group where all the members can chat to each other. Within the group there are "Equipment for Sale", "Equipment Hire" and other helpful pages.

Session musicians and recording artists can also sign up for a profile.

We look for quality, professional and reliable live musicians and therefore have a strict vetting procedure. If you would like to be listed on MusoBooker.com, we require the following:

Bio / About Section - Tell us a bit about yourself and what type of act you are.

Photos - A mix of staged and live shots would be great for your profile.

Videos - This is one of the most important things clients look for when booking an act. At least 3 videos, the quality must be of a high standard.

Price Guide - You set your own prices but we have average prices to help clients search for their budget.

Website / Social Pages - We only accept working professionals that have a website or established social media page

How It Works

There a are a few different membership options when joining MusoBooker.

Solo / Band / Agent

Solo membership is perfect for solo and duo acts. This is also suitable for DJs, recording and session musicians.

Band membership is for groups with more that 3 performers.

Agent memberships is for business that want to list up to 5 different acts. Agent memberships are also used for Multi band lineups (where one band can perform multiple locations on one day.)

You set your own fees and you set your own performance areas. They'll need to be above our minimum rates to insure you don't undercut other musicians. A typical base fee per musician is €250 - €350.

Anyone can create an account - but to be able to publish your profile live you'll need to have professionally produced promo videos (which will be vetted and approved by a member of our team).

The competition is high, it is best suited to musicians and entertainers who are already gigging on a professional or semi-professional basis.

Muso Booker are a live music online listing and booking agency, arranging live music and entertainment for weddings, events and parties.

We represent some of the best musicians and entertainers in Ireland and have 1000’s of enquiries sent to our artists each year.

The majority of our work is dealing with inbound enquiries for private events, with customers searching our website to find artists of interest, doing their research, and then making enquiries for the acts they like best. This means we can only represent artists who have good enough promo materials to attract enquiries.

Your membership must be approved by our team and the standard of performance & promotional materials required is high.

How Do I Join

When you sign up for membership it’s important that you submit high quality promo materials otherwise your application will almost certainly be declined. Please take time to compare your existing promotional materials to those of our other acts. We look to list acts with promo of similar quality.

A membership will give you access to all the enquiries made by clients on the website. You will be able to reply and book with the clients directly with no commission fees.

Demo and Promotional Material

We need at least 3 professional videos, 6 photos, Song List & Bio to display on our website and socials. The videos must be of professional quality.

How Bookings Work

After a customer has used our website to search the artists they like, they submit an enquiry via our 'Enquiry' page. Clients can also contact acts directly via the contact buttons on their profile.

The enquiry from is sent directly to all of the relevant members that the client is requesting. Members will only receive gig inquiries that match their profile, Gig Locations & Price bracket. From here the members can reply and book directly with the clients. No added fees are charged by MusoBooker. The working contract is between the act and the client.

Declined Applicants

We can’t always respond to declined applications with specific reasons. However - 99.9% of the time one or more of the following four reasons will apply:

The promotional photos were not of a professional standard
The artist’s identity / performance style was dated or unsuitable for our client base
The act’s performance or vocal quality was not good enough
The production quality of the audio / video was not good enough

Your promo materials need to show that you are as good as or better than other similar artists that we are already listed. You might be amazing live, but your promo needs to be able to sell you online.

It should not be difficult to compare your promotional materials with the relevant top ranked acts listed on our website. Take time to review the quality of your promo materials against theirs and judge for yourself how well you compare.

Ideally you will have done this BEFORE applying to join - but if your application was unsuccessful, you can make improvements and re-apply. However, before submitting a second application please email us and chat about what you need to improve so you don’t waste money producing new promotional materials that will get declined again.

Declined applicants will not be charged a subscription fee.
